Sivananda Yoga

I have shared yoga and meditation in Taiwan, Romania, and India since over a decade. I entered the path yoga at Sivananda Ashram of Kerala, India in 2013 and received the title of Yoga Acharya at Sivananda Ashram in Neuville-aux-Bois, France in 2023.

Osho Pulsation

I have facilitated Pulsation groups and individual sessions in Taiwan since 2021. I have assisted groups in Italy and Romania since 2016. I also keep up with recurring breathwork assistantship to continue deepening my own practice.

Tantric Pulsation

I have facilitated Tantric Pulsation groups and couple sessions in Taiwan since 2024. I have assisted in Tantric Pulsation Group in Italy since 2022. This work is offered both online and in-person.

Wellness Program

I facilitate retreats to support people to experience relaxation and connection. I also offer support in creative thinking, performance optimization, teamwork building, and mindful leadership in corporate setting as a wellness coach.

More About My Journey...

I traveled extensively around the world and experimented with different techniques to bring out more joy and life energy. I discovered that meditation is exactly the tool that I need to create the space of a balanced life.

I hold a degree in engineering from University of California, so I like to back up the benefits of mindful practices by science. I also discovered the direct power of transformation and healing through breathwork. I am certified in Sivananda Yoga and Pulsation Breath.

Nowadays, a big part of my life is yoga and meditation, which is a nurturing space for mindfulness, joy, and life celebration. I also love cooking vegetarian & gluten free food. Lastly, I am crazy about outdoorsy activities, such as hiking, cycling, climbing, flying, and more.

I am full of gratefulness to share my transformative journey on bringing love, wealth, and spirituality together in life. You may also call me a "Wellbeing Engineer."
